ENROLLMENT FORM

10-Point Studio Policy

1. SICKNESS / SAFETY: If student has a runny nose, coughing, throwing up or has had a temperature within 24 hours of lessons PLEASE DO NOT come to lessons if you have lessons in-studio. Student can send in videos (through the app) of them playing songs and teacher will respond back.

Please note for safety precautions we have cameras in the studio. If someone else is picking up your child please send me a text or student will not be allowed to leave.

2. TUITION:
CHILDREN 3.5-14 - $150 monthly. $1800 Annually. 45-minute weekly hybrid lesson with up to 4 students. If only one student shows student will receive a 30 minute private lesson.

TEEN/ADULTS - $300 monthly. $2400 Annually. 30 minute weekly private lesson.

Payments are processed through auto pay on the 1st of each month. Payments not processed on the 1st will be charged an additional $10. for that month to run the card again.  Enrollment fee is $50. and is processed at the time of enrollment. First month's tuition will be processed as soon as enrollment is received. Student’s lesson time will be reserved once first month’s tuition is received.

3. MATERIALS: $100 annual materials fee is due in February. Fee goes towards games, gift cards, incentives, access to Tonara, videos and music provided to student.

4. REFUNDS / MAKEUPS: If the teacher misses the lesson will be made up. No refunds, pro-rations or make-up lessons will be given for any lessons the student misses or for leaves of absence. Half tuition must be paid each month to reserve time slot (2 months max)

5. VACATIONS: 7 annual vacation weeks. Most major holidays observed. Monday student will have video lessons that week. Months typically have 4-5 lessons. Tuition is always the same even during vacation months. Ex-Like a gym membership.

6. COMMITMENT / TERMINATION: We require a 6 month minimum commitment from start date. 30 day notice is required for termination of lessons. Most will not be allowed to return to lessons if a notice was not given. Exceptions will be required to pay the first and last month’s lesson fee plus enrollment fee and materials fee upon re- enrollment.

7. RECITALS: 3 months prior to recital students must be practicing an average of 60 minutes or 3600 points per week to participate. No exceptions.
